Jenks Ministries What We Believe and Practice

We believe that The Bible is the inspired, God breathed will of God. His words spoken to man in the beginning have not changed. His words were spoken as a method of transference of His Blessing & power. He fully expects us to use our words for that same purpose. (Genesis 1:28; Luke 10:19).

Through Jesus Christ's death, burial & resurrection, the relationship as true children of God was made available to all who would receive this gift. Therefore making us heirs with God & joint heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17). We believe that the infilling of the Holy Ghost is a gift available to all who receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord, trusting in his completed work. All who receive this gift will speak with an unknown tongue (Acts 2:4; 4:31). We believe all things are upheld & held together cohesively, by the word of His power & our words hold that same power (Hebrews 1: 3-4).

We believe, as Jesus said, "For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21) All that we need & desire to live in this world victoriously is within that kingdom He has deposited inside of each & every one of His children. To live from the inside out brings His kingdom from the eternal & internal to the external.
